Oh my goodness, could it be?

One of you left a comment the other day: 'Hey LM, do you ever just wear jeans?'
Well of course I do, but you don't come here for your daily fix of denim do you!
Inspired by this comment I met Porcelain Blonde for tea today and we both wore jeans just to prove that we aren't lady like all the time.
Quite a new experience, going for tea in.....denim. I had to psych myself into it and had the maids in a flurry of excitement with 10 outfit changes but none the less, here it is, what I wore.
It feels so odd!
Oh well, at least you know that I own a pair and on the odd occasion I let them out of the wardrobe. Actually I own 5.
I had to have something to distract myself from how boring I felt, so I figured these boots would do the trick nicley. P.B approved of them while I sat there and eyed off her new Chanel 2.55, my eyes burning so green with envy that I ordered the biggest vanilla slice they had(I'm talking double story here) and scoffed it pronto.
Top: H&M
Cardi: Country Road
Jeans: Valley Girl some time ago so don't get too excited. Most people think they're Paper Denim Cloth or some such designer offering, but sadly they were probably made in one of Imelda's sweatshops.
Boots: Vintage, eBay
Jewellery: Chanel pendant, locket a gift, the rest I made.

I never thought I'd come here to see you in jeans! You look fab in them! I'll try and sound as little like Alex Perry as I can, but you make them look so expensive!

You look so good in denim! I would have thought those were expensive designer jeans too - who knew Valley Girl could rival PD&C?

LM does casual and oh so well. Jack of all trades I think. xf

Check out those boots - hot!

I used to have some jeans from VG that people always thought were some fancy pants brand too - I suppose they came from the same factory in China as the expensive ones...

For VG those jeans fit like a dream! Proof that people can wear denim and still be all class.

I've been looking for studs that look like that... I haven't been successful!
You ooze lady like classiness even in jeans!
Lovely as usual Lady M!

Thats funny! But you look amazing in jeans as well, good look!

And of course, you still look as fabulous as ever. I think some people miss the point - that when you don denim, it doesn't have to be all sneakers and sweat shirts! I happen to be wearing jeans today for the first time in some 6 months, and I really have been missing out!

Wow, you do look different, but still lovely!
How good are those boots? I busted out my old over-the-knees on Monday (literally had to dust them off) and they are fun to wear!

Ooooh... you look so uncomfortable!! But what you should realise is that you look great. Really flattering to the figure, AND you look about 10 years younger!

There is nothing you can't wear well. I love those boots!

Oh I try to avoid wearing jeans at all costs... it just feels like such a foreign concept to me, haha. However, a nice pair of plaid wool, high waist, wide leg trousers would be amazing--if I could find the perfect pair that is. However, you still look so adorable even when you aren't all decked out in ladylike attire.

I hope the maids behaved while you were out darling...one just can't find decent help these days, can one?!

You looked even more elegant and sexy in person than in these gorgeous photos :) I especially loved your use of layered jewellery, it looked stunning.

BTW, if you have bag envy, I have boot envy!
