It's called procrastination....

It is so lovely outside today I have been putting off all the things I had planned to do. Supermarket shopping(which I love), library, sewing, writing, new listings, getting the maids to clean up- they all fell by the way side when I noticed a negligible chip in my nails and decided my time would be better spent fixing that. It's not, I still have to do all those things but you know, I'll stretch things out for as long as possible. Thank you Christmas trading hours, I can now be a lazy bones and not feel bad knowing I can get to the shops later on in the day and look like I've achieved something. Now, where is my top coat.........
Bow: Silk scarf from Episode
Leggings: Cotton On
Flats: Jadd
Sweater: Camden Market

I could use some lovely weather right now. The winter is such a drag and is only increasing my procrastination habits.

I adore your flats, I wish I could find some that simple. The only black ones I've ever found have been gaudy, in a terrible material, or have been a weird style that will never be comfortable.

i've been following your blog for a while now, and i must say i'm absolutely in love with your style, especially the oversized bow!
(though i think you look better with your fringe back, but that's just me.)

i'm going to hong kong in january-- do you think you could recommend me any places to shop?

The scarf as a giant hair bow is delish! This is so 'American school girl goes on exchange to Paris in the late 1950s'.

how gorgeous is the bow! i can also imagine it with your large polka dot dress or was it a skirt hehe bad memory! x

Absolutely fabulous! You look amazing! And I lvoe the idea of getting the most important things done first... good time management, well done. :)

I love the dotty bow. I only have one polka dot thing (small-ish scarf) and hav been hunting for more – espeially a red or blue polka-dot dress! – for eons!

Polka dots and bows are so ridiculously twee (unless you're a precocious three-year-old girl with pigtails and dimples) so a giant polka dot bow is like the epitome of sacharine twee-ness (my teeth ache just looking at it)...but, I must admit, that you manage to pull it off somehow. Amazing...

I agree with the Sandy vibes, it definitely has that look about it. The bow is gorgoeous and a sweet touch to the outfit, perfect for a pretty summer day.
