Floral Affair

There is a little story behind this incredible dress, but then, there is often story behind many of the vintage clothes you see me wearing.
I was kindly given a bag of clothing from friend of a friend(Sundae thank you, we've never met but you're a gem), who had had these clothes given to her by an elderly lady, and then sat in her cupboard for quite a while.
Imagine my amazement when I pulled this out of the bag.
Like most vintage you dig out of unusual places, it could do with a dry clean, but apart from that it is in mint condition.
I'm not entirely sure where I will wear it, but I have been known to throw a party for the sake of a piece of clothing before, so martinis and canapés could be on the cards.

Imelda- Joan Crawford, you're a darling.
Lulki- it's almost a week of colour, newest post kind of ruins that but the rest of the week is looking promising!

It looks like it's settled- a party it is.
