Karl and I

What does one wear to a formal wedding? A Filipino wedding where the majority of the guests range between Imelda look a likes and serious Miss.Universe contenders.
Knowing the stakes would be high I opted for this Karl Largerfeld for H&M dress I picked up in London. I figured Chanel and overseas accessories would finish it off nicely, I'm no Miss. Australia but I can dance all night in concealed platforms like it's nobodies business.
Dress: Karl Lagerfeld
Shoes: Urban Original
Bag: Leather/bag maker, Florence
Jewellery: Chanel

OMG I' am so dead jealous!!! This dress is divine, the Chanel brooch is to die for and I'm going to a wedding in 2 weeks and still have no dress to wear!

I picked the Karl dress up in 2005 so it's long gone from shops now unfortunately. You may just find some of the pieces from the collection on eBay.

This whole ensemble looks really glamorous... You inspire me to wear more jewellery be it only Diva and Sportsgirl (sadly I don't own any Chanel).

Is the camellia part of the brooch, or have you attached the brooch to a camellia?

This look is divine!! Been going through a few posts so far and this one has gotta be my personal favourite! That Chanel brooch is sucha nice touch.

May I just be honest about something? I think the much shorter lining (which is so visible)kind of knocks off a few points though.
Otherwise..this is almost perrrfect.

Really loving your blog!

Just a quick question. How are you finding the Urban Original shoes, comfort wise?

Thanks in advance! :)
