Scavengers Delight!

Have I mentioned before, that I shop all the time? Walking my pooch, getting a tram, going to yoga, I even love doing the supermarket shopping.
Last night I was on my way home on a tram and I spotted this dress in the window of Scavengers on Sydney Rd in Brunswick.
The shop was closed thank god because I was sure that the minute it opened this little gem would be snapped up.
I rang this morning to enquire a/was it still there, b/ how much was it and c/what size was it.
No, not sold yet, $20, and there are no labels but it looks like a medium was the reply.

I hot footed it down there and there it was in all it's $20 glory.
It is a little big for me, but as I'm handy with the Jenome that is easily remedied. Or the maids can work it out.
I was served by the lovely Marissa who was ever so helpful, Scavengers is now on my destination shopping list and probably should be on yours too!

And in regards to your comment, I've been trying to convince my friends that I'm not nice...I really am not...

What an awesome looking store! Great name too, the whole scavenging thing is half the reason why I love vintage so much.

The dress is so lovely, I love the combination of the two different types of spots. Red seems to be your colour too!

You look spectacular! And for $20 such a bargain. The red ribbon and the red lipstick are a cute touch. Shopping on the tram - I like it! I do this too, I can accress eBay on my mobile phone.

Oh the patterns are so unique...in my favourite colours too! Wish Perth was more abundantly filled with adorable shops like that.

Sydney road is always wonderful for window finds.. a couple of weeks ago I saw a bright purple duffel coat a block or so down from Scavengers, perfect! I don't go to Brunswick that often though although you've inspired me to take a little detour that way one day to see what's around..
