Rain, rain go way, come again another day

You wouldn't believe it right now, but it's summer in the southern hemisphere.
This is how many layers I had to put on to be warm enough today:
On a brighter note I went to a Christmas party last night and found these cute little bingo cards in my cracker. Sweet no?

Dress: Second hand

I totally know what you mean! It's been raining like a mofo here in Canberra and it's freezing too! I hope the sun comes back in time for christmas day. You look gorgeous by the way!

What's with this crazy weather? You look fabulous, adapting to the sudden change in temperature. The lacey cardigan and black cape are simply divine!

Meanwhile, on the other side of the country it would have been too hot to put on the first layer! It's 11pm and it's still boiling.

You look gorgeous. I love those gloves. They certainly provide that finishing touch.

I like the changes you made to the blog layout, Lady M.

This layered look is very clever. And you look lean and chic.

I do love a cape and you've styled this one so well. You look very cute and chic both at once.
What really struck me was the buttons - they look so pretty.

Yesterday I was in full winter clothes too. Including riding boots, wool and cashmere layers! - mad mel weather :) xxx

Your cape and gloves are so sweet... by the way are you sure we are living in the same country? Right now Brisbane feels like a permanant fan forced oven.

Those legs again! I love your black base and lace layer. Very stylish.

...and that's Melbourne for you. Layer, layer layer! It's why we are so lucky to live here - we get to wear a bigger range of our clothing more often!

I adore your cape! And I do the double tights layering in the cold months too, one pair just doesn't do the trick...
