These last couple of days I've been lucky enough to have spent in the wilderness of one of Victoria's protected National Parks.
At first I thought fantastic, a couple of days at the beach and I promptly packed all my beachy, pin-up like outfits ready for a photo shoot.
When I arrived however the environment commanded a shift in thinking and pace, not to mention a catalogue of photos all of it's own. No mobile phone coverage, no TV, no computer.
The untouched wilderness and windswept landscape has a haunting beauty that is unique and mysterious, and it's hard not to be taken under the spell of your surroundings and forget modern day life all together.

That's a beautiful shot of you running on the beach with your back to the camera. :)
I'm loving that dress in the first and second shot, it's gorgeous.
These pictures are so beautiful, yet haunting - they give me a Picnic-at-Hanging-Rock kinda vibe. I love the last photo where you can see the 'fingers of God' peeking through the clouds. Amazing.
Oh, lvoely – they look professional!
-gasp- those pictures are sooo beautiful!
And that necklace in the first pic is very cool.
Much love,

Very eerie!
Even in the wilderness it seems that you will accessorise with abandon!
Hauntingly beautiful photos, m'lady!
xx
photos are amazing :)
Love the photos darling Lady M, and love the necklace/dress combo in the first two.
I hope you had a splendid time.
Xx

Amazing photos! Love the white dress, so beautiful. You look very serene and happy.
Such beautiful pictures!
What a beautiful journey, thank you.
Exquisite! I love the look of that draped grecian looking dress and your photos are just beautiful.
Isn't Squeaky beach heavenly?! And it really squeaks...I had a ball there making the sand squeak!
I have photos of myself amongst those very same rocks. Mine are not quite as artistic and lovely as yours though :)
I also have some of the sand in a vase as a souvenir of our beachouse ( I know, shoot me now!)
Hope you came back from your break refreshed and relaxed :) xxx
Those gorgeous dead trees are so Goth. Actually the whole shoot is reminiscent of a Nine Inch Nails music video circa 1990's - Bliss!
Your outfits looked good to :)
As everyone else has said - great photography Lady M. Black and white was the perfect format for them too.
I hope you had a nice and relaxed time.

Gorgeous shots...it is my absolutely favourite thing about Melbourne that you can go from the city to the bush to the beach to an extraordinarily beautiful beach in a matter of hours...
Have been following for a little while and I'm really enjoying your blog :)

Such pretty beachside photos...I love
It looks truly stunning there. Your first dress is gorgeous.
I always think I wouldn't be able to live without the Internet and modern technology, but when I'm actually deprived of it I feel so free...
What a beautiful backdrop for photos. I love the dress in the first pic, what beautiful detailing
In a word? AMAZING.

I love the pic of you frolicking along the shore with the wind in your hair. Tres beautiful.
