When you have visitors to show around your city, sometimes you find yourself playing tourist yourself.Melbourne in Winter is just glorious, if you ever decide to visit don't be put off by the winters here- they aren't that cold anyhow.
We took the ferry(if you can call it that, it's more like a little tug boat!) down to Williamstown for the day and then headed to Tiamo's for dinner. My camera had died by then but these should give you an insight in Melbourne in Winter.

Sometimes it isn't until you do play tourist that you realise things you may have normally overlooked. For eg it wasn't until I left London and went back on holiday that I really got to see the things I overlooked when I lived there as you get caught up in your daily life.

I just love taking people around my fav places in Melbourne, it gives me a great sense of pride.
Williamstown beach is one of my favourite beaches, summer and winter. The gelato there is so superb!
