I do believe that Mother Melbourne wore 'Faberge' denim in the 80's. I don't normally go in for that new wave 80's thing but I kinda liked these jeans when I tried them on, purely for the fact that they remind me of my childhood.

Wow, looking hot. Hope to see you at some of the shoes at LMFF? So excited.
Hi Lady M! Looking good! Have a nice w-e :)
Xxxxx
I remember being horrified in about grade 8 because my mum sent me to school in her faberge jeans because my normal jeans were in the wash.
If I'd looked at stylish as you do I probably wouldn't have minded so much.
I think she still has a few pairs somewhere. I should raid her wardrobe again.
oh thaks for your compliment LM :)
and i honestly think you can make anything look pure feminine love and chic...the carla blouse is beautiful as are those shoes!

Oh I would have loved a better picture of the blouse, it looks soooooooo good!
Are we going to see you at LMFF? I'm going tomorrow night, wearing my lady melbourne inspired outfit (posted the picture on my blog), hope you're proud.

Wow, they look amazing on you! What a fab look, wish I could wear shoes like that here (it is still so much snow). Hope you are having a great sunday!

As soon as I saw this I thought of nothing but Charlie's Angels...
Are you off to fight some crime in your stylish ensemble Lady M?
I think you have managed to both rock the retro-factor and at the same time have made it your own.
Xx

love the sunnies! they really suit you :-)
I have a similar pair in my wardrobe. Don't you think the denim feels more solid, more industrial strength denim?
Faberge?! I love that name. As precious as the eggs, I suppose?! Looking lovely and fierce as always, Lady M.
Hayley- you will see me no doubt!
Shannon- they are kind of horrifying but there is nothing like getting out of your comfort zone....maybe I'm kidding myself but if nothing else it's good for a laugh!
Love More- you treasure you!
Angela- the blouse has featured a bit, I have a feeling you'll find it on the next page in a post, or search for 'Carla Zampatti.'
Hey Silje!
Pam- thank you!
Grant- hilarious and kind of true at the same time!!! I got tagged as a 'glamorous thief' once on the blog so you never know how people will enterpret what you wear.
Sarah- thank you!xx
Droll Girl- I'm glad you've stepped back, I know I sure did when I tried them on!!
Hey Ryder, always nice to see you on here!
Elvin, thanks for your comments, I'll check out your blog.x
Imelda- you better believe it!
Cotton Socks- cheers, I would like the Tom Ford originals they are based on but these will suffice!
Katie- yes, it absolutely does!!Thats why I like them, not only for the memories but the 'feel' of them as well. Nice observation.
